A current photo ID (license or passport). In some instances (real estate transaction) a second ID is required. This can be a current loan/bank statement, utility bill, medical insurance card, military ID or social security card.

Yes. We are happy to travel to a location that is convenient for our clients. Documents that typically need notarized are Power of Attorney, Healthcare Directive, Living Will, Last Will and Testament. A Pennsylvania Will typically requires two witnesses and in most cases the staff will not stand in as witnesses.
Look over your document(s) to see if there are witness signature lines. Witnesses must be 18 years or older. If you are unable to provide witnesses we can provide them at a fee of $40 per witness.
